Neither it nor its advertising partners offers credit, employment, insurance, tenant-screening, or other FCRA-covered services. It is not a private investigation firm or consumer reporting agency.
Nature of the Service
This private reference does not hold official records, confirm custody, release a person, or file a government document. It organizes Utah County and Utah inmate and jail-record resources and may connect visitors with outside research tools.
Acceptable Use Rules
Visitors must use the service lawfully and without harming other people or systems. A user agrees not to:
- Break a law while using the site

If a court finds one provision invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. The affected provision will be adjusted only as far as needed to make it lawful.
